For private landlords
We place privately owned homes with London councils on long leases. The rent comes from the council each month, not from a tenant.
Agreed at the start, with a known end date. Shorter rolling arrangements are available where a borough offers them.
It arrives from the local authority rather than being collected from a tenant, so there is nothing to chase and no deposit dispute.
No letting commission, no renewal fees, no monthly percentage. The tenancy, the inspections and the day to day are handled for you.
Handed back at the end of the term in the state it was let, fair wear and tear aside.
What we will not pretend. Terms are set by each borough, not by us. Some pay through void periods, some pay quarterly in advance, and several pay a one-off incentive of £2,000 to £15,000 depending on the size of the property.
Which of those applies depends on where your property is. We will tell you exactly which scheme it falls under before you agree to anything, and we will tell you if it falls under none of them.
The postcode and the number of bedrooms are enough. That alone tells us which boroughs can take it.
The monthly rent for that borough and that size, the length of term on offer, and any incentive attached to it.
Gas safety certificate, EPC and EICR, plus a selective licence where the borough requires one. We take it from there.
Studios through to four bedrooms. Nothing here commits you to anything.
We will come back to you with the rent for your borough and the term on offer. If your property sits outside the areas we cover, we will say so plainly rather than leave you waiting.
